Benson Mui - Physio

Benson is a recognized physiotherapist in the Sutherland Shire region. Graduating from University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy, his clinical expertise and experience has allowed him to implement treatment plans and strategies to treat your injury or condition to improve the biomechanics of your body.

Benson implements evidence-based practice as he keeps up to date with the latest journal articles and has completed a Level 1 Dry Needling course by Jörgen Forsberg. Benson is the Director and Principal Physiotherapist of Prime Movement Physiotherapy. He is a registered member of the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association therefore ensures he always adheres to the professional and ethical standards.

Benson's communication and rapport with his clients is what sets him apart from other clinicians. He provides a caring and comfortable environment and ensures you understand your injury, so goals are set in conjunction with the patient and achieved as a team.

Benson treats a variety of musculoskeletal injuries ranging from headaches, tennis elbow, hip pain, lower limb injuries, sporting injuries but has particular interest in the field of neck pain and lower back pain.

Benson regularly attends networking events and is affiliated with numerous local businesses to contribute to the growth of small businesses in the Sutherland Shire. Benson has played many sports and regularly attends the gym but he has a particular interest in Mixed Martial Arts, having practiced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 4 years and currently trains Muay Thai kickboxing. With his understanding of high impact sports on the body, he knows what injuries an athlete is most susceptible to and will get you back on track as safely and as soon as possible, so you can Move at your Prime!
